Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Super easy, vegan, no-bake, gluten-free Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups made with 4 ingredients only. Delicious candies featuring dark chocolate and melty peanut butter. All natural ingredients!

Chocolate peanut butter Cups

30 cups


Preparation 5 minutes - Passive time 45 hour


INGREDIENTS

Cups

200g dark chocolate

2 tsp + 1 tbsp coconut oil

130g peanut butter

Topping

10g kosher salt

Ustensils

Mini muffin pan silicone


PREPARATION

In a small bowl add 100g dark chocolate and 1 tsp coconut oil

Melt in the microwave for 1 minute and mix until smooth

With a small spoon distribute the melted chocolate into the bottom of each muffin cup & freeze for 15 minutes

In another small bowl add the peanut butter and 1 full tbsp coconut oil

Microwave for 30 seconds and mix until smooth

Spoon the peanut butter on top of the chocolate layers leaving space for a last layer of chocolate & freeze for 15 more minutes

Melt the remaining chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil and stir to combine

Place the chocolate over each peanut butter cup and freeze for 3 minutes

Sprinkle with salt and return to freezer for 20-25 minutes

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days
