Healthy Homemade Peanut Butter

2 cups (300g) Roasted Unsalted Peanuts
1/2 tsp Salt


In a high-powered blender, add and pulse the peanuts until they start to look broken up, and remove 4 tbsp of peanut bits.
Blend the remaining peanuts until completely smooth and creamy.
Add the salt and blend for a few more seconds.
Transfer to a jar or airtight container add the reserved peanut bits and combine.
